PLEASE NOTE: The Oasis Camel Park is situated in a remote area of Suffolk where the mobile phone signal is weak and as both of our card payment terminals are on this system we have had many issues with the processing of card payments. It is therefore advisable to bring cash to avoid any inconvenience as the nearest ATM is over 6 miles away.
To give you the best experience possible at the Camel Park Oasis we have the Camel Café serving freshly prepared refreshments. Our shop is full of unusual gifts such as Alpaca wool knitwear, or pick-up one of our Camel Park Oasis Souvenir Teeshirts!

Hygiene Matters
- Hand wash stations and hand sanitiser will be available throughout the park.
- Regular cleaning regimes are in place in all public areas including toilets, hand washing stations and tables.
- Regular checks and cleaning of paddock fencing is carried out but it is imperative that you regularly wash your hands with soap and water during your visit at the numerous handwash stations provided to limit your risk of coming into contact with animal waste

Camel Park Oasis...bringing you the best experience!
Camel Café – Take away only but we have indoor and undercover outdoor seating available. Choose from jacket potatoes, sandwiches, breakfasts, burgers, hotdogs, chips or a delicious slice of cake. Children’s portions are available. You will be given an order number and called to collect your order when it is ready. Snacks/lighter bites, ice creams and smoothies are also on the menu. We also have picnic areas if you prefer to bring your own food but our covered marquee is reserved for customers purchasing food in our cafe.
Gift Shop – our shop sells alpaca wool knitwear, clothing from Nepal and Ecuador and unusual gifts from around the world and of course cuddly toys.

Toilets
The Camel Park Oasis provide fully equipped disabled toilets with safety alarms. There are also baby changing facilities.
Handwashing
Handwashing facilities with hot and cold water are provided at various locations around the park.
Parking
Free parking for all on the Camel Park Oasis site. Disabled spaces are provided near the entrance to the park.

The Camel Park welcomes visitors with special needs, together with their helpers or carers, and we actively seek to promote and provide equal opportunity for all who visit us. We would wish to encourage everyone to fully enjoy the range of facilities and entertainment available. We have made every effort to ensure that the Park is fully accessible for all and welcome constructive advice as to how we can improve our services. We recognize that there are many and varied specific needs and requirements and our staff are experienced in giving assistance to all.
General Access
All of our doorways are designed to enable space for wheel chair users. The paths around the farm are designed to be accessible for wheelchair users however please be aware that the majority of the paths are laid to grass in keeping with farm environment. Consequently this means that they can be a little slippery and more difficult to negotiate in wet weather.

Camel Park Oasis actively supports this foundation. The wild Camel is the eighth most endangered large mammal on the planet, as seen on David Attenborough’s ‘A Perfect Planet’ recently.
